Turner Real Estate Investments (TREI) was founded in 1979 by Rusty Turner and is comprised of a core team of principals who have worked together for decades, with expertise in the fields of construction, finance, development, asset management, and entitlements. TREI has acquired over 3 million square feet of existing assets that include value add existing facilities, short sales, notes, and properties in bankruptcy. TREI also has developed nearly 5 million square feet of industrial, flex and office properties, and has acquired and entitled approximately 400 acres of land.

As an active real estate operator with a self-managed industrial portfolio, we are constantly seeking to grow our portfolio through both acquisition and development.  Our focus is on long-term value creation and the retention of high-quality properties through selective acquisitions of excellent properties, preferably with near-term challenges.

Our deep market knowledge, operational experience and long-standing relationships result in speed with respect to acquisition opportunity identification and due diligence and our financial capacity allows us to move quickly to close deals which fit our parameters.
